The Education Exchanges Support Foundation is offering up to 100 Scholarships to students from selected eligible countries who wish to Master’s degree Studies in Lithuania. Scholarships are offered to pursue s full time Master’s degree or part-time studies equivalent to a Master’s degree programme at Lithuanian higher education institutions.
Scholarships are dedicated to International candidates from selected countries as well as Foreigners of Lithuanian Origin from non-EU and EFTA countries, who already posses a Bachelor’s degree and have applied and received an offer to study a Master’s degree programme at a University in Lithuania. The scholarship offers a Study grant to cover the full cost of your tuition fees together with a monthly scholarship to cover your daily living expenses.

Financial Benefits:
Lithuanian State Scholarships 2023-24 in Europe is beneficial for masters level programs and postgraduates in numerous ways.
- The higher education facility in Lithuania will not impose any form of tuition fees on the applicants. The cost of tuition for all Master’s programs will be zero.
- A scholarship is worth 490 euros per month.
- The candidate will become part of a higher education facility in Lithuania.
- The following citizen will get scholarships in the categories:
- Ukraine will be provided with 60 grants
- Belarus will be given 10 grants
- Armenia, Georgia, foreign citizens of Lithuanian origin, and Moldova, will get 20 grants respectively
- Azerbaijan will be provided with 5 grants
- A monthly scholarship is offered to citizens of China, Japan, and South Korea, and will be awarded 5 grants in total.

- Those who have command of the Lithuanian language will be prioritized,
- All Master’s programs will be taught in English. If you wish to pursue a master’s degree, you must be proficient.
- Having completed a first degree in the field is a requirement to start a master’s program.
