In the United States or Canada, applications are invited for the Google Lime Scholarship 2023–24. For Google Scholarships for Handicapped Students, all international students from around the world who are promising their education but are short on cash are eligible to apply. With Lime Connect’s help, Google is providing this award to undergraduate students. For the summer of 2024, selected students will also work as interns at Google. The goal of Google’s educational initiatives and scholarship programmes is to encourage and assist students in breaking down the obstacles that keep them from pursuing careers in computing and technology.

Financial Benefits:
Google Lime Scholarship 2023-24 will provide funds to students. Selected students will receive 10,000 USD (for those studying in the US) or 5,000 CAD (for those studying in Canada) for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Eligibility Requirements:
2023 Scholarship Applicants must match the following criteria:
- A current undergraduate student enrolled at a university in the U.S. or Canada (freshmen/first years and international students studying in the U.S. or Canada are eligible to apply); and also
- Continuing current studies at a university in the U.S. or Canada in the 2023-2024 academic year
- Pursuing a Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree, or a degree in a closely related technical field (such as software engineering; or electrical engineering with a heavy computer science course load)
- Maintaining a strong academic performance
- A student with a visible or invisible disability (defined as someone who has, or considers themselves to have, a long-term, or recurring, issue that impacts one or more major activities that others may consider to be a daily function); this definition also includes the perception among others that a disability exists. We know that 90% of disabilities on campus are invisible, and candidates with all disabilities are encouraged to apply
- Exemplify leadership and demonstrate a commitment to and passion for computer science and technology
- Previous Google Lime Scholars are unfortunately not able to be considered
- This scholarship is not open to current high school students.

- Academic transcripts from your current and prior institutions (if you have earned a prior degree)
- Three essays – this is your opportunity to show us your passion for computer science
- One letter of recommendation from professors, advisers, or supervisors (names and email addresses of references must be entered by the application deadline – letters of recommendation themselves are due one week later)
Google Lime Scholarship 2023 Application Procedure
- To apply for the program, you have to open the official website of lime connect
- From the home page of the portal, you have to go to the programs option
- From the displayed information choose the scholarship option
- Select the “Google Lime Scholarship for computer science/computer engineering students in the U.S. and Canada” link
- Read the information that appears on the screen and go to the How to apply section
- Choose the link “ The Lime Network” option and a new page will open
- Select “Don’t have an account? Sign up below!” and the form will open
- Enter the details in the form and hit the continue button
- Complete the registration process and the user dashboard will open
- You will find the application form link for Google Lime Scholarship there
- Select the link and the form will open on the screen
- Provide the information and upload the significant documents
- Complete the application and submit it prior last date.
