✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Citizens of all nationalities can apply, except Turkish citizens and those who have lost Turkish citizenship.
- You should not be currently enrolled in any Turkish university at the level you are applying for.
- If you have completed your graduation or will graduate before August 2026, you can apply.
- Researchers and academicians can both apply.
- If you have attained 70% marks in your previous academic education, you can apply for Undergraduate programs.
- 75% is the minimum requirement for Master’s and Doctoral programs.
- If you want to apply for Health Sciences (including Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy), you must have a minimum 90% academic record.
- In terms of age, you should be under 21 for the Bachelor’s program.
- You should be under 30 for the Master’s program.
- You should be under 35 for the Doctoral program.
- For the Research Scholarship program, you should be under 50 years of age

- The applicants have to apply online through the Turkish Burslari official website (TBBS). There is no need to send documents by mail.
- Create your account on the Turkiye Scholarship application system using a valid email address.
- Fill in the required information regarding your personal details, educational background, and social activities.
- Applicants are required to upload the supporting documents (Diploma, Transcript, ID, Photo) on the application portal in PDF or image format.
- Applications can be submitted in any of the following 8 languages: Turkish, Arabic, English, French, Bosnian, Russian, Spanish, and Persian.
- You must mention your dream university and preferred program on the application. You are allowed to select up to 12 different preferences.
- If your selected university requires international exams (like SAT, GRE, GMAT) or language scores (like TOEFL), you must upload these documents as well.
- You are required to write a motivational letter (Letter of Intent), expressing your goals, future expectations, and why you chose Turkey.
- You must carefully review all the documents and stages before clicking on the submit option, as you cannot edit the form after submission.
- The application is completely free of charge.
- After submission, keep an eye on your email for an interview invitation, which is the next stage for shortlisted candidates.
