The Islamic World Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) has launched the second edition of its Young Professionals Program for 2025. This 24-month initiative offers young talents from member states the opportunity to gain professional experience within ICESCO’s sectors, departments, or specialized centers at its headquarters in Rabat, Morocco. It aims to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge to excel in their professional journeys while contributing to ICESCO’s mission.

This fully funded youth program is designed for highly motivated young individuals eager to develop their expertise in fields related to education, science, culture, and technology. Participants will engage in various projects, benefit from mentorship by experienced professionals, and gain hands-on experience in an international organizational setting. The ICESCO-YPP-2025 program also emphasizes capacity-building, leadership development, and cross-cultural collaboration, enabling participants to become effective contributors to their communities.

Applicants must be citizens of ICESCO member states, under 35 years old, and hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in Arabic, English, or French is mandatory, while fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage. Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the second edition of the ICESCO Young Professionals Programme, candidates must fulfill the requirements below:

  • Citizenship: Be a citizen of an ICESCO Member State.
  • Age: Be under 35 years old at the time of application.
  • Education: Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in education, science, culture, or a related field relevant to ICESCO’s action areas.
  • Language Proficiency: Be proficient in at least one of ICESCO’s working languages (Arabic, English, or French). Fluency in two languages is preferred.
